Job Summary
To enhance quality of care, the full-time Missouri Licensed Quality Improvement Specialist will monitor quality concerns, analyze performance data, and collaborate on improvement initiatives in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Monitors and investigates quality of care concerns, collaborating with the medical director on necessary actions
- Analyzes and modifies procedures to improve quality improvement operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Participates in quality improvement committees and conducts internal audits to maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance
Required qualifications
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Improvement
- Experience in compliance and accreditation processes
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to healthcare quality standards
