Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter - Hybrid, St. Louis.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and recruit candidates, including job offers and new hire paperwork coordination
• Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, interpreting job descriptions and compensation details
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and represent the company at recruitment events

Required Qualifications

• BS Degree required or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Ability to handle confidential information and relate to a diverse population
• Preferred education includes an Associate or Bachelor's degree
