Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and recruit candidates while coordinating new hire paperwork
• Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, interpreting job descriptions and compensation details
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and represent the company at recruitment events

Required Qualifications

• BS Degree required or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Ability to handle confidential information and relate to diverse populations
• Preferred education includes an Associate or Bachelor Degree
