Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Nurse Director for DD Healthcare Home.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical and administrative leadership to a regional team of Nurse Care Managers
Promote integration of physical and behavioral health, focusing on prevention and wellness
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to policies and performance standards

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
At least two (2) years of clinical supervisory experience preferred
Experience in the IDD field preferred
RN licensed in Missouri required
