Missouri Licensed Revenue Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Power BI revenue model for revenue and gross-to-net adjustments
• Review monthly revenue closing packages and assist with necessary adjustments for accurate revenue recognition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate model outputs and support external audits

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Revenue Cycle Analyst roles, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including billing, coding, and claims processing
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field; CPA preferred
• Proficiency in Excel (VBA, PowerQuery) and familiarity with DAX, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
