Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Management for Home Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees month-end close process and ensures accurate reporting related to patient accounts receivable and net revenue analytics
• Collaborates with various finance teams to address concerns and support the budgeting process
• Serves as the primary contact for Epic updates, audits, and revenue reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• EPIC Certifications preferred
• Seven years of experience in finance, with five years in a leadership role
• Experience in Home Health and/or Hospice revenue management preferred
• Proven ability to manage financial accounting activities and reporting
