Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fully Remote RN Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize a collaborative process for assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy to meet health needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members' needs and determine case resolution approaches
• Apply and interpret criteria and guidelines to ensure appropriate administration of benefits

Required Qualifications

• RN License in MO
• Case Management experience required
• 2-3 years of clinical practice experience in a hospital or alternative care setting
