Job Summary

Supporting staffing operations across all 12 BJC hospitals, the part-time hybrid RN Staffing Coordinator will manage real-time staffing needs, collaborate with nursing leaders, and ensure efficient operations while working nights and weekends both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates safe and appropriate staffing across the system, responding to special circumstances as the on-site leader
• Assists in patient care operations by balancing schedules and proactively staffing open shifts
• Acts as a liaison between administration, the Transfer Center, and hospitals to ensure adequate staffing to meet capacity demands

Required qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri
• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• 1+ years of nursing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
