Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Supervisor for the Patient Access Center, focusing on evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient admissions and transfers by coordinating with healthcare partners
• Ensure optimal bed placement by matching patient needs with facility resources
• Act as a medical consultant and resource for patients and referring providers throughout the transfer process

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience, including at least 1 year in Telemetry or higher
• Preferred experience of 3 years as an RN, including 1 year in Critical Care or Emergency Room
• BLS certification required
• Must reside within 1 hour of a designated Mercy Hospital for potential on-site presence
