Key Responsibilities

Guide teams in leveraging Agile/Scrum practices to maximize business value delivery
Lead collaborative discussions and coordinate participation in Agile ceremonies
Support the Product Owner in applying SAFe/Agile frameworks and drive team improvements through Agile metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with certification
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
Experience with Program Increment (PI) Planning Prep
Ability to lead multiple teams and hold team members accountable
Knowledge of Agile practices and metrics
