Missouri Licensed Senior Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing architectural practice, the full-time remote Associate, Senior Architect will provide architectural design and construction administration services from project inception through completion, ensuring project goals and objectives are met within time and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities:

• Research, plan, design, and administer building projects, consulting with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements
• Coordinate all project components, integrating site, interiors, structural, and MEPFP disciplines into a unified design while producing necessary documentation
• Oversee construction procurement, assist clients with bid evaluations, and represent them during construction administration to ensure project success

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecture
• Registration required; NCARB desired
• Proficient to advanced in Revit and intermediate to proficient in AutoCAD
• Diversified market experience, particularly in government and/or healthcare projects
