Job Summary

Leading operational governance and effectiveness initiatives, the full-time Missouri Licensed Senior Dental Manager will oversee quality assurance, compliance, vendor management, and operational performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to enhance accountability and operational discipline across the Individual Dental organization
• Lead quality assurance programs to evaluate operational performance and implement corrective action plans for performance improvement
• Manage vendor relationships and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with service levels and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operational excellence, quality assurance, compliance, or healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of operational controls, audit methodologies, and risk management frameworks
• Experience managing complex vendor relationships and performance governance programs
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives in highly regulated environments
