Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high exposure disputes and litigation, including trials and appeals
• Provide legal advice on complex matters and negotiate settlements for workers' compensation claims
• Conduct legal research, prepare complex legal documents, and present legal defense strategies

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree and licensed to practice law in Missouri; Illinois license is a plus
• A minimum of eight years of experience in law, focusing on insurance and/or workers' compensation law
• Experience managing complex legal issues and litigation
• Ability to independently conduct depositions and prepare legal documents
• Experience in providing legal advice and building relationships with internal clients
