Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney to manage civil litigation and advocate for clients in legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage moderately complex civil litigation and ensure adherence to ethical standards
• Analyze cases, strategize for optimal outcomes, and represent clients in various legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and stay updated on legal trends

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated litigation experience and preparation of civil pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Solid knowledge of tort, contract, and insurance law
• Admitted to the MO State Bar; IL Bar admission is a plus
• Juris Doctor degree
• Understanding of the rules of Professional Responsibility for the practicing jurisdiction
