Missouri Licensed Senior Managing Consultant

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the full-time Missouri Licensed Senior Managing Consultant will advance the development of clinical tools and processes in a hybrid remote environment, ensuring evidence-based solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement and sustain patient-centered, data-driven care delivery
• Translate organizational strategy into practice, ensuring adoption and measurable improvements in quality and performance
• Utilize data management and analysis to drive decision-making and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field
• Current RN or NP license/certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading projects or clinical operations in a health system or hospital
• Strong clinical nursing background, preferably with Adult Med/Surg or ICU experience
• Advanced proficiency in data management and analysis, including the use of spreadsheets and reporting tools
