Job Summary

Managing specific projects remotely, the full-time Missouri Licensed Service Quality Coordinator will coordinate patient complaint processes, oversee a reward and recognition program, and monitor patient satisfaction surveys to ensure operational goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the patient complaint process, serving as the initial contact and following up with stakeholders
• Coordinate the reward and recognition program, including organizing nominations and arranging award ceremonies
• Monitor patient satisfaction survey responses and assist in policy revisions and operational report compilations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare
• Missouri Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare work experience
