Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned bookkeeping and payroll clients
  • Oversee the client acquisition process and ensure a positive client experience
  • Negotiate contracts and communicate financial results to clients and tax professionals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of account management experience
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Basic tax knowledge is preferred
  • Bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting certification or experience is a plus
