Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned bookkeeping and payroll clients
- Oversee the client acquisition process and ensure a positive client experience
- Negotiate contracts and communicate financial results to clients and tax professionals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of account management experience
- Experience with CRM software
- Basic tax knowledge is preferred
- Bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting certification or experience is a plus
