Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the PRN Social Worker will provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services remotely, focusing on care, community education, and compliance for older adult patients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic services through group, individual, and family therapy sessions
• Engage in community education initiatives to promote the importance of behavioral health among local medical facilities and community groups
• Facilitate treatment team meetings, develop patient-centered treatment plans, and ensure compliant documentation within prescribed timelines

Required qualifications

• Missouri Licensed Social Worker or equivalent licensure in Counseling (LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) - required
