Missouri Licensed Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to provide complex financial analysis and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, including clinical service line reporting, trend analysis, proformas, and forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis of budget vs. actual results and explain material variances
• Support the development and analysis of operating and capital budgets and maintain decision support databases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• No supervisory experience required
• Master's Degree and CPA preferred
• 5-10 years of experience preferred
