Missouri Licensed Surplus Lines Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Surplus Lines Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete state regulatory surplus lines tax filings for 51 tax jurisdictions accurately and on time
• Reconcile state filings with open payable reports and file zero reports as required
• Maintain communication with broker teams and state insurance departments to ensure compliance with surplus lines laws

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a surplus lines coordinator
• Knowledge of filing requirements and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Working knowledge of commercial property/casualty coverage and/or insurance licensing preferred
