Job Summary
Leading a team of Virtual Tax Professionals, the full-time Associate Manager, Virtual Partnerships will provide operational oversight and coaching in a fully remote environment to enhance client experiences and drive tax preparation quality and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Virtual Tax Professionals through performance management and career development
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, workload distribution, and key performance metrics
- Champion a client-first culture by resolving escalated client concerns and driving continuous improvements to client satisfaction outcomes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of tax preparation experience
- 2+ years of leadership, coaching, or management experience
- Strong understanding of individual income tax preparation and IRS regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and digital collaboration tools
- Ability to lead and motivate employees in a virtual environment
