Job Summary
Leading the Remote Tax Pro program, the full-time Missouri Licensed Tax Program Manager will manage program operations, enhance client transition to remote services, and ensure high-quality support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership for the RTP program, including hiring, talent development, and performance management
- Oversee program performance reporting, financial oversight, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Act as an advocate for the RTP program, ensuring consistent participation and identifying opportunities for service expansion
