Key Responsibilities

• Instructs, directs, and reviews team work in accordance with project demands and manages issue escalation
• Ensures service delivery meets agreed service levels and investigates high-impact incidents for resolution
• Leads workforce planning to ensure availability of skilled resources and manages application enhancements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Certification in either Cadence or Referrals required within 6 months of hire
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience preferred
