Missouri Licensed Telehealth Psychiatrist

Job Summary

To support weekend mental health services, the part-time Missouri Licensed Telehealth Psychiatrist will conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, prescribe and monitor medications, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to diagnose mental health disorders
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Create individualized treatment plans that include medication management and psychotherapy

Required qualifications

• Valid Missouri medical license
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient experience, with trauma experience required
• Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry (within 1 year of residency completion)
• Valid and unrestricted DEA registration
• Proficient in using Telemedicine technologies for remote patient treatment
