Job Summary
To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Missouri Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity populations, working remotely with minimal administrative burden while enjoying predictable compensation and full benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions with a consistent outpatient caseload
- Make independent treatment decisions while adhering to evidence-based standards
- Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling and billing
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing an outpatient caseload
- Experience with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care (highly desired)
