Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Missouri Licensed Throughput RN will facilitate patient admissions and transfers, ensuring optimal bed placement and coordination of care while maintaining high standards of quality and compassion.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage patient admissions and transfers by coordinating with providers and facilities
• Assign patients to appropriate units based on facility-specific criteria and staffing logistics
• Utilize EMR modules and electronic scheduling systems to ensure a seamless experience for patients and care teams

Required qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Telemetry or higher acuity nursing
• BLS certification required
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
