Missouri Licensed Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Analyst to oversee and manage real estate transaction services for a national Financial Services client.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with clients, vendors, and landlords
• Track and monitor transaction workflows and manage a large volume of transactions
• Provide training and onboarding support for new team members and manage special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with lease language, reconciliation processes, and real estate taxes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong financial modeling skills
• Experience with property sales from a transaction coordinator perspective
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
