Job Summary

Leading real estate transaction services for dynamic client accounts, the full-time Missouri Licensed Transaction Manager will manage end-to-end transactions, engage with clients and stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end real estate transactions including site selection, LOI negotiation, lease execution, and renewals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating meetings and presenting transaction activity
• Monitor workflows to ensure quality and timely delivery of services while maintaining accurate transaction databases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; finance or real estate preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• State real estate salesperson license required
• Strong financial modeling and budgeting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software platforms
