Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Management RN-PRN to facilitate effective care management processes for inpatient populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Mercy Care Management model to support quality patient care and safety
• Assist with patient throughput and collaborate on care coordination metrics
• Optimize performance and promote the adoption of best practices in care management

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current nursing license in the state of residence and/or employment
• 2-3 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good understanding of medical terminology and patient medical information
