Key responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership for population health initiatives in collaboration with providers and community organizations
  • Oversee the performance of utilization management functions and coordinate quality initiatives to enhance health outcomes
  • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, executing clinical solutions that meet evolving business needs
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Current state RN license preferred
  • Experience in population health strategy development and implementation
  • Strong understanding of local healthcare landscapes and community health needs
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics for program development and intervention targeting
