Job Summary
To drive innovative population health strategies, the full-time Missouri Licensed Vice President of Population Health will partner with the CMO to oversee market-level health initiatives, utilizing analytics to improve health outcomes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for population health initiatives in collaboration with providers and community organizations
- Oversee the performance of utilization management functions and coordinate quality initiatives to enhance health outcomes
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, executing clinical solutions that meet evolving business needs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience required; Master's Degree preferred
- Current state RN license preferred
- Experience in population health strategy development and implementation
- Strong understanding of local healthcare landscapes and community health needs
- Proven ability to leverage analytics for program development and intervention targeting
