Job Summary
Providing essential nursing care in a hybrid role, the full-time Missouri Licensed Women's Health RN will perform phone triage for patients, manage after-hours emergency calls, and coordinate care under the direction of physicians during night shifts from 7pm to 7:30am.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct phone triage and provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols
- Assist physicians with patient treatment and complete necessary clinical paperwork
- Educate patients and coordinate care as part of the Mercy Virtual triage program
Required qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri
- CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Experience in obstetrics and gynecology or pediatrics preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and manage after-hours calls
