Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
