Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure timely resolution
• Document claim activities and support outcomes in accordance with corporate policies and legal requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjuster licenses in all relevant states
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
