Job Summary

Experienced claims adjusters will find a fully remote opportunity as a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster, responsible for managing complex claims, ensuring effective communication with involved parties, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
