Working remotely, the full-time salaried Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in applicable jurisdictions
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
