Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Missouri Outbound Call Agent, the fully remote position will focus on making impactful calls for various non-profit clients, securing financial gifts while maintaining productivity metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with donors and prospective donors using approved scripts to secure financial contributions
• Make 16-24 completed calls per hour, utilizing predictive dialing equipment
• Participate in comprehensive training and be assigned to specific client teams

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment history
• Access to a dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet home workspace free from interruptions
• Basic computer skills
