Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, remote Mixed Methods Disability Researcher to lead and manage disability-focused projects using both quantitative and qualitative methods, contributing to research, evaluation, and product development aimed at improving employment and community integration for individuals with disabilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Demonstrating methodological expertise in study design and project activities while leading data collection and management efforts
  • Conducting quantitative analysis and writing research reports, briefs, and other deliverables
  • Engaging in business development activities and mentoring junior staff while fostering collaboration among team members
Required qualifications
  • Ph.D. in a relevant field or a Master's degree with 4-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Expertise in disability research and familiarity with vocational rehabilitation and evidence-based practices
  • Experience with mixed methods data collection and analysis, including statistical and qualitative techniques
  • Knowledge of research principles and design, along with experience in systematic reviews or evidence syntheses
  • Proficiency in data management software such as SPSS, Excel, STATA, R, or NVivo
