Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Mixed Methods Researcher, the candidate will design and implement rigorous studies, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable insights to support financial health initiatives for low-to-moderate income populations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement mixed-methods studies, ensuring community needs are prioritized
- Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using tools such as Stata, R, SQL, or Python
- Translate research findings into clear insights for diverse stakeholders, managing projects from inception to completion
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, public policy, sociology, data science, or a related field; a Master's is preferred
- 4-6+ years of research experience in nonprofit, academic, government, or private sector settings
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with RCTs, predictive analytics, or machine learning approaches is a plus
