Mixed Methods UX Researcher

Job Summary

To support a financial services client, the long-term contract Sr. Mixed Methods UX Researcher will define user experiences for call center representatives, conduct user research to reveal insights, and lead research projects from inception to delivery in a hybrid work environment in Lone Tree, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive future experiences for call center representatives and their products
• Conduct user research and deliver insights by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Lead research projects, including stakeholder interviews, data collection, analysis, and reporting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of UX research experience
• Bachelor's or MS in a human behavior-related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience with large data sets and basic statistics
• Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries
