ML Research Scientist

Job Summary

Focusing on developing advanced co-folding and binding affinity models, the full-time remote ML Research Scientist will implement and refine deep learning models, drive benchmarking efforts, and collaborate on integrating research into production-ready drug discovery workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate on co-folding models for protein-ligand interactions
• Drive rigorous benchmarking to evaluate model performance against state-of-the-art methods
• Collaborate with teams to integrate validated models into drug discovery workflows

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Biophysics, Computer Science, Computational Chemistry, or related field
• Direct experience with protein structure prediction or protein-ligand co-folding methods
• Experience developing and validating deep learning models relevant to structural biology
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch and/or JAX)
• Demonstrated ability to design controlled experiments and critically interpret results
