MLO Licensed Loan Partner

Job Summary

Supporting a Mortgage Loan Originator, the fully remote MLO Licensed Loan Partner will manage the administration and processing of mortgage loans, ensuring accurate and efficient loan transactions while providing operational support to both the MLO and borrowers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with all loan processing functions, including organizing borrower documentation and completing administrative tasks
• Conduct preliminary research for mortgage eligibility, including pulling credit reports and gathering borrower information
• Coordinate signing appointments and maintain timely communication with borrowers and relevant parties

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 year college curriculum preferred
• Two years of experience in administrative assistance or customer service, preferably in the mortgage banking industry
• Active MLO Originator License approved via NMLS
• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage products and current RESPA laws
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with the Encompass loan origination system
