MLOps Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MLOps Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for biological data analysis and ML model deployments in AWS
• Manage CI/CD and deliver workflow automations of bioinformatics software and ML models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Microbiologists

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Progressive Leadership Experience
• Experience setting up ML Operations utilizing AWS
• Strong Experience with AWS SageMaker and AWS DevOps tools
• Recent experience working with ML models for biological data
• Expertise in working on cross-functional teams in a technical environment
