MLOps Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled MLOps Engineer to build and operate the machine learning lifecycle platform in a full-time remote role, where the engineer will manage tooling for model development, automate CI/CD processes, and ensure model reliability in production.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate the ML lifecycle platform, focusing on reproducibility and production readiness
• Own CI/CD and deployment processes for ML workloads, ensuring safe transitions from development to production
• Implement monitoring and observability for models in production, addressing performance and data quality issues

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or MLOps with a focus on production systems
• Hands-on experience with ML lifecycle tooling, such as MLflow or similar platforms
• Proficiency in cloud-native infrastructure, particularly with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML or data workloads
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go, with experience supporting PyTorch-based production systems
