MLR Submissions Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MLR Submissions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on documents prepared by the editorial team
• Manage multiple submissions and deadlines according to client review schedules
• Prepare and submit projects through the regulatory review process

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in science, medicine, pharmaceuticals, or advertising
• Proficiency in Veeva Vault PromoMats, IQVIA, or other electronic review systems
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with comparing PDF documents and validating changes
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
