MMIS Engineer

Job Summary

Providing advanced operational support for Managed Machine Identity Security Services, the full-time MMIS Engineer will independently execute certificate lifecycle management tasks, engage with clients, and contribute to automation and service improvement initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and action incoming incidents from ServiceNow
• Process certificate lifecycle requests including issuance, renewal, and revocation
• Perform routine PKI maintenance and system health checks while participating in client meetings

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in PKI or certificate management environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Hands-on PKI experience including ADCS and CA administration
• Intermediate PowerShell scripting and OpenSSL/certtool usage
• Experience with CLM platforms (Venafi, CyberArk, Keyfactor, DigiCert) preferred
