Job Summary

MN, IA, NE Licensed Triage RN, is a part-time, hourly position responsible for providing remote patient care and support through various communication methods, addressing medical questions, and managing follow-up procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to medical inquiries and concerns from established patients via phone, email, and other virtual methods
• Complete follow-up calls for procedures and manage birth control refill requests
• Document patient interactions according to approved protocols and provide referrals to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the states of MN, IA, or NE
• Ability to obtain RN licensure in additional states as needed
• Experience in triage or remote patient care is preferred
• Knowledge of medical standards and guidelines relevant to patient care
• Flexibility to participate in on-call coverage and varied shift schedules
