MN Licensed Application Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the MN Licensed Application Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing workflows, tailoring application software to meet organizational needs, and ensuring compatibility with IT infrastructure while supporting patient safety practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular communication and reviews of assigned system software to enhance understanding of business operations
• Perform analysis of workflows and technical issues associated with application software usage
• Design, build, test, and maintain software solutions while adhering to customer service standards

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or 2 years equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of clinical, operational, or related application experience, or current related application certification
• Epic Certification Core Software application certification or proficiency required within 6 months of hire
• Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software preferred
• Ability to explain technology to varied audiences, including business, clinical, or technical staff
