MN Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager, Care Management - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage care management and utilization management programs for members with behavioral health needs
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and performance evaluation for care management staff
• Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with protocols, policies, and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Active, unrestricted independent MN license in a behavioral health field
• 5+ years post-licensure experience in a behavioral health setting
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
