MN Licensed Clinical Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To support quality improvement initiatives, the full-time MN Licensed Clinical Quality Analyst will manage data systems, coordinate quality improvement activities, and analyze patient records in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes to collect, monitor, analyze, and report quality improvement and safety information
• Coordinate and facilitate work on assigned quality improvement goals and peer review activities within departments
• Design and provide education on quality improvement topics as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Minimum of three years clinical background in specialty required
• Unencumbered professional clinical license with the applicable state board or national registry
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
