Job Summary
To support quality improvement initiatives, the full-time MN Licensed Clinical Quality Analyst will manage data systems, coordinate quality improvement activities, and analyze patient records in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes to collect, monitor, analyze, and report quality improvement and safety information
- Coordinate and facilitate work on assigned quality improvement goals and peer review activities within departments
- Design and provide education on quality improvement topics as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Minimum of three years clinical background in specialty required
- Unencumbered professional clinical license with the applicable state board or national registry
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
