Job Summary

Seeking a MN Licensed Mental Health Therapist, this fully remote 1099 position allows for flexible scheduling within therapy hours of operation from 8 am to 3 am ET, focusing on delivering high-quality virtual therapy to college students using evidence-based interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful virtual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and MI
• Maintain accurate clinical records and collaborate with campus treatment providers to ensure cohesive care
• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes and manage escalating risk scenarios effectively

Required qualifications

• Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in MN
• Ability to conduct clear diagnostic assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Access to a laptop/desktop with a quality video camera and stable internet connection
